Monica Marino, Esq.

Hi, I’m Monica Marino (no relation to Dan, unfortunately). I’m a Florida based attorney focused on helping my clients protect what matters most. I began my legal career as a Public Defender, advocating for people facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. From there, I moved into civil litigation, representing policyholders in high-stakes property insurance disputes.

What both roles had in common? They showed me how overwhelming legal conflict can be when people don’t have the right protections in place from the start.

Now, I’ve shifted my focus to preventive legal services: estate planning, personal contracts, and relationship agreements. I help clients create wills, trusts, prenups, and other important documents with clarity and compassion — so they can move forward confidently and stay out of court.

I’m here to make legal services easy to understand and affordable, with flat-fee pricing and clear, honest communication. My goal is to help you feel confident and in control when planning for your future.
